The French Baker family
With more than 35 years of expertise, every bread is made by Guy, following all the rules of the ancestral French bakery traditions. Therefore, every loaf is baked with organic flour and don’t contain fat, eggs, dairy or sugar, only flavour!
Guy also makes the viennoiserie (croissants, chocolate croissants, danishes etc.).
Marie, a professional cook, is the one making most of the pastries you can find at the store. She’s also delivering goods to various location throughout the Valley, as well as selling our products to farmer’s markets (namely Berwick’s, Bridgetown’s, Kentville‘s, Middleton’s and Annapolis Royal's).
Remember : because almost all of our ingredients come from the Valley, buying our products mean you are buying local, thus, supporting the regional economy!
Vivien and Thomas, Marie and Guy's sons, are very dedicated to their "jobs" : being a professional taster is tough! They are also working every summer at the bakery and/or at the markets.
